Trade Delivery/Returns
If your order is placed before Mid-day Monday to Friday your order will be delivered the next working day.
Deliveries will only take place during week days and can only be delivered to the account address. Pallet quantities may take longer so please allow three working days.
All orders remain the property of Buckhurst UK Ltd until signed for.
Returns
Any damaged or missing goods must be reported within 3 working days of the retailer receiving the goods at sales@mobiwasher.co.uk.
In the event of a product return being necessary because of a fault, providing this occurs within 12 months of purchase, the unit should be sent (via the retailer), with carriage and insurance fully paid, to the Buckhurst main office*, along with a returns note stating full details of the fault.
Upon receipt it will be inspected and repaired/replaced and sent back to the retailer, carriage paid.
If, upon inspection the fault is found to be due to misuse or abuse, we will advise accordingly. If the product is repairable, there will be a charge made for parts, repair and carriage.
Where there is a fault with a specific part (eg) cap, hose, gun, charger etc; these parts can either be dispatched to the retailer or direct to the end user, free of charge. However, in the latter case, this request must come from the retailer. If a part is required outside of the 12 month warranty period, parts will be available to purchase.
