Set out below are the terms and conditions upon which Buckhurst Limited will process your order for mobi products and accessories.
Please read carefully as our terms and conditions are binding. We do assume that anyone ordering items from our online store www.mobiwasher.com has read and accepted these terms prior to their order and purchase being made.
It is conditional upon placing an order that you accept the following:
- The terms and conditions of Sale and Delivery as stated.
- The prices as stated in the on-line store.
- That we register your data for the purpose of handling your order and processing your credit card.
- That the agreement will be formed under English law
Next Day Delivery Service
Please refer to our "Delivery" details link on the site. If you have any questions or queries regarding delivery, please contact us on 01243 574726 or E Mail us at sales@mobiwasher.co.uk.
Do note that Next Day Delivery refers to working days excluding weekends and public holidays. If you would like to check on stock availability, please contact us-you may place your order over the phone if you wish on 01243 574726, the office is staffed from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by all leading credit/debit cards via a secure link to Protx. Once your card has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your card will be charged on the day of order.
Prices are liable to change from time to time and may not reflect brochure or press prices. Therefore online prices take precedence over and press or brochure prices.
VAT is charged at the current rate of 15% and applied to, and is included as part of the cost shown.
We do not offer credit/account facilities, although we can arrange for payment by cheque against a pro-forma invoice. Please contact us for more details.
Confirmation of Order?
Upon receiving your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. (Your email address is not distributed to other companies). We cannot assume responsibility caused by problems in electronic communications.
Guarantee
Products purchased through our on-line store are guaranteed for one year. This guarantee does not in anyway affect your statutory rights.
Please note all discrepancies and delivery claims must be notified within 14 working days.
We reserve the right to:
* modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
* change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Competition and Promotion Terms and Conditions:
Please read these competition and promotion rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions or promotions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions and promotions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Mobi Washer Ltd or any subsidiary of Mobi Washer Ltd.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. The closing date is as specified in each competition / promotion and Mobi Washer reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
5. You can find out who has won a particular competition / promotion by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition / promotion to Mobi Washer Ltd, Promo Team, First Floor, 12 Northgate, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1BA after the closing date.
6. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
7. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
8. This promotion is being run by Buckhurst Ltd, Bosham, West Sussex (Mobi Washer)
9. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
10. Email promotions are only open to the original email recipient, for 'Refer a freind' promotions the friend must give the exact details as recorded on our database in order to claim their gift.
Security & Privacy
At Buckhurst we are 100% committed to protecting your security and privacy. We know that when you shop online, you want to know that your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us is kept safe and secure, and we promise to do that. To that end your payment will be handled by SagePay secure payment provider.
We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
IMPORTANT: Buckhurst Ltd does not, and will not, take or admit responsibility for any delays, losses, or errors in delivery made by third party sources, specifically couriers and their representatives and employees/agents.
