Delivery

If your order is placed before Mid-day Monday to Friday your order will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery of goods within UK mainland are free. Please try and provide a shipping address where your order can be signed for, failing that you can give instructions to leave safe via the delivery instruction box in the checkout area. If your order does not arrived within two working days of placing it, please contact us by email and we will check it out ASAP. All orders remain the property of Buckhurst Ltd until signed for or left safe as per your instructions. 

Please note that certain areas of the UK such as the Highlands (Zone 4), Islands (Zone 8, 5) and N.I. (Zone 5) will incur an extra delivery charge due to zone charges from our courier for delivery. Also next working day service will not apply.

European customers please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. 

In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via sales@mobiwasher.co.uk In case of damage please retain the product and contact us within 5 days of receipt.

Please note all discrepancies and delivery claims must be notified within 14 working days.
